The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.

Check-in wasn’t until 4 PM to start it off, the pool did not heat our entire visit, and there were multiple roaches inside of the house in the kitchen area and bedrooms

The home was just as described in word and in photos. We love the text line communication with Vacasa staff. When an issue arose, we texted the line and it was handled in a timely manner.

House was alright, but maintenance on house was poor. I informed management via text with photos right away. Cleaning in the garage / game room was poor. Neighbor had used refrigerator and paint buckets out in driveway all weekend. (HOA rules??). Access to Old Town area was easy enough which is what we wanted. Price was good for the size home.
