Whether you are coming for the amusement parks or simply want a private oasis to relax in bliss, look no further than this beautiful escape. Guests will be able to spread out with ease, as there are eight bedrooms, multiple living areas, a game room, and ample outdoor seating!

The spacious living room boasts a comfortable sectional sofa right in front of a large flat screen TV with cable. This home boasts many flatscreen TVs throughout both floors, so it doesn't really matter whether your friends want to watch the game, a cooking show, a children's movie, a classic romantic movie, you all will get the chance to enjoy your favorite show or movie! When everyone returns from a day of adventure, the chef of the group can cook up a vacation-worthy meal in the immaculate, fully equipped kitchen! The space offers marvelous, stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, endless counter space, and all the cookware needed that will make cooking a breeze. Upstairs, the game room is perfect for kids (and kids at heart). Endless entertainment awaits with an air hockey table, a basketball net, a comfortable, child-size sofa, and another flatscreen TV with cable. When days heat up, everyone can enjoy lounging by the private pool under the lanai or take advantage of the covered and furnished patio to enjoy a family lunch al fresco. The clubhouse is within walking distance for even more fun with water slides, a lazy river, a fitness center, a tiki bar, a movie theater, a children's pool, tennis and volleyball courts, and a pool table. Also within the community are two free shuttles that can take you to Disney for ample adventures.

Champions Gate has two clubhouses:

- The Oasis Club: 1520 Oasis Club, Champions Gate Blvd, Champions Gate, FL 33896 (Located just an 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the house)

- The Retreat Club: 9035 Leopard Creek Dr, Davenport, FL 33896 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays)

• Less than a 20-minute ride from Disney World Resort, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios (Travel times may vary due to traffic)

• Location: Stinger Drive, Davenport, FL

• Parking: The driveway has space for 2 vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Additional guest parking is available in front of the house on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have more than 2 vehicles in your party, please use the designated "guest" parking spaces.

Access code will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

· Private al fresco dining with BBQ grill (a $75 cleaning fee applies; please notify us in advance if you'd like to use it)

· Valet trash service (refer to specific rules in check-in instructions)

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

o 1 hand soap per bathroom

o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

o 1 sponge

o 1 dishwasher soap

o 1 paper towel in the kitchen

o 1 laundry detergent

o 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

House rules and guidelines for your comfort:

-POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.

-ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.

-PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

-SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

-DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.

-PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
