We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

• 1 dishwasher detergent in the kitchen

• 1 paper towel roll

• 1 laundry detergent

• 1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring any additional supplies needed, as the starter kit includes only essential items to get you settled.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available in the unit. Please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines:

PARTIES / EVENTS – No parties or loud activities are permitted. If unauthorized gatherings occur resulting in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for additional charges. If disturbances alert neighbors or security, authorities may be contacted and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any suspected use of illegal substances will result in authorities being notified and immediate removal from the property.

DISTURBANCES – Guests must respect the community and maintain a reasonable noise level at all times. Noise that disrupts neighbors or violates local ordinances is not permitted.

PERMITTED VEHICLES – The resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard, non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
