Perfect Memories in Davenport

AC is terrible at this property. The first night we arrived it was 82 degrees on the 2nd floor, we set the thermostat on 70 deg and it only cooled to 78 degrees the first night. Nights 2 and 3 were a little cooler but the lowest we could cool the 2nd floor down to was 76 degrees at night. I called and texted to report this issue everyday of the stay but no one ever came out to the property to look at the AC. - Also living room TV would not turn on. I also reported this issue, but no one ever came out to the property to look at the TV ( I ended up fixing it myself, the power cord to the TV was slightly loose, but it was very hard to reach because of the way the TV was mounted). - Finally none of the stove top burners would work. The oven worked but not the stove top burners. We didn’t notice this until day 2. Also reported this issue to Vacasa and once again no one came out to the property to try and fix the issue. - Vacasa acknowledged all the calls and text that I sent identifying issues with the property and said they were working to remedy the situation, but nothing ever happened. - First and last time renting a property from Vacasa for my family. If I was the property owner I would be very unhappy with the way Vacasa is managing the property.

The home was situated in Championsgate the most desirable location with access to all you could think of. The home however had blood stained covers in one of the bedrooms. With that in mind - if one is dirty - then they all are. So I spent a day doing laundry. It surely wasn't what I had planned. However, the home was nicely decorated aside from that. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. I washed the blood stained covers. And it came out in the wash pretty easily. Which let's me know that it wasn't a stubborn stain - it's just they didn't bother to wash after guests.

Fantastic place, great property, incredible host. Highly recommended. I'd give stars if it was possible.

I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation. Everything in the home was perfect, and the team was so welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit looked like a model home because a bunch of plates/cups/bowls were on display on the dining table as well as the counter. I had to move everything around to be able to use the table and counter. Customers shouldn't have to move a whole set of plates around and still didn't have enough space on the table to sit everybody. It is unfortunate that I sent 3 requests for coffee filters and never got them. The excuse I kept getting was that they were reaching out to the property manager or local team and to keep looking in all drawers. Also water filter for fridge was overdue and water/ice were terrible. I had to send 2 requests and even had to send pictures. Finally the sent a guy and he didn’t know how to change it. Right before he was about to leave he tells me I have to let the water run because he couldn't do it and that's when he realized that he didn't even know how to reset the filter either. The spa was inside the pool and I was told I couldn't use it or would be penalized. The binder didn't match the description of some of the items that my unit offered. The dryer machine needs maintenance because on a regular cycle it doesn't drive the clothes.

The home was perfect for my family it was beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The neighborhood is friendly, clean and safe. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
