This was a nice spacious house. It was clean in the inside but had to clean up poops in the backyard. Never found where to turn the patio lights on. My bed was comfy.
This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The backyard has several great spots to relax, whether you prefer sun or shade. The location is peaceful but still close to shopping and major highways, which made getting around easy. We would definitely recommend this home to others.
Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had, due to ongoing maintenance failures, poor communication, and serious safety concerns related to property access. We are a family of four (two adults, one child, and a dog), and this stay occurred over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Because of the timing and traveling with a child and pet, leaving the property mid-stay was not a realistic option, which made the ongoing issues especially difficult and left us feeling stuck in a situation that was not being properly managed. We checked in late on 11/18. On 11/19, we notified Vacasa—via email with photos and video—that the hot tub was not working. We were repeatedly told the issue had been “fixed,” yet the hot tub remained cold and continued to display error codes. This issue persisted for the duration of our stay. What became most concerning was how Vacasa and the local team handled non-routine repairs. While Vacasa’s agreement states that routine maintenance (such as lawn, pool, or trash service) may occur without notice, the repeated hot tub failures were not routine maintenance. These were significant repairs requiring scheduling, coordination, and guest notice, none of which were consistently provided. On multiple occasions: We were told repairs had occurred when they had not. We were given projected repair dates that passed with no technician arriving. We received conflicting information from different Vacasa agents. On 12/14, we returned to the property to find the hot tub cover removed and the front panel left open, with no notice that anyone had accessed the backyard. Vacasa had no record of a technician being on-site. This raised serious safety concerns, particularly given that we have a child and a dog and regularly use the fenced yard. On 12/15, a hot tub technician arrived without any scheduled appointment or notice and knocked on our front door. Thankfully, we were home. The technician confirmed he had never been to the property before and had received an urgent request that same day—contradicting prior communications from Vacasa suggesting ongoing work had already been completed. Throughout our stay, we spent an excessive amount of time following up via email, text, and phone calls—often being told updates would come from the local team, only to receive none. We should not have had to manage or “babysit” unresolved maintenance issues for weeks, especially during a major holiday period. Additional concerns included: - An initially unusable grill (fully rusted) that required replacement- they came after a week to replace. - Lack of regular backyard upkeep despite debris accumulating. - A door lock malfunction that temporarily prevented us from securing the home. - Repeated documentation of neighboring property issues for liability purposes. (Trash and large items being thrown over the hedges.)
We had a wonderful time staying here. The home was clean and well prepared for our stay. Quiet and clean neighborhood located very close to a lot of shopping, dining, and things to do. Not far from Disney or Universal either. Our dogs had a wonderful time here as well.
We all enjoyed our stay! The home is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked with towels. The full size soaps in the shower was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in. We enjoyed our stay!
