When you aren't curating magical moments in the parks, check out Haines City Park, the Lake Marion Creek Wildlife Management Area, and the Historic Ritz Theatre. Continue to play in the sun as you dip into the private pool's turquoise water. Inside, everyone can spread out and get comfortable amongst the home's expansive rooms, modern fixtures, and comfortable furnishings. The kids will adore the garage's game room equipped with a foosball table, pool table, air hockey table, and basketball hoops. When hunger arises, the chef of your group will have no issues utilizing the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. And dining will come naturally at the sizable breakfast bar, at the formal dining table, or alfresco on the covered lanai. Invest in yourself when you sink into the bubbling warmth of the primary bedroom's en suite soaking tub. And throw your vacation garb in the private washer/dryer when it needs to be refreshed. Private TVs in each of the bedrooms, children's toys, a Pack-N-Play, and central air-conditioning round out the home's perks.

Things to Know

The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Optional Services & Fees (Only If Applicable)

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).

BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
