Parking: The house provides parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please ensure all vehicles are parked in designated parking areas only.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

Modern, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with new stainless appliances. Cookware and utensils are also provided for your convenience.

Iron, washer & dryer

Comfortable appointed beds with themed bedrooms for children one featuring a Mickey and Minnie Mouse theme and the other a classic film theme. The primary suite offers pool views, access to the lanai, a smart TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub.

Private pool (The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. heating for an additional cost of $50 USD per day)

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge in the kitchen

1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available at the house. Please note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines for your comfort:

POOL: We clean the pool weekly, with or without guests. If you would like to be notified in advance, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be more than happy to send a specialist.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
