Located 11 miles from Walt Disney World Resort and 20 miles from Universal Studios, this spacious five-bedroom townhome is great for families and groups looking for the perfect home away from home. Home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children. Take advantage of the secluded screened lanai with a private outdoor pool and a propane grill to enjoy the Florida sun. Inside, this home features an open-concept living area that is perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. Get comfy on the sectional sofa and stream your favorite movies or series on the large smart TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and a sparkling two-person center island. The entire main living space is on the first floor along with one private bedroom, equipped with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. The rest of the bedrooms are located upstairs. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site, high-speed WiFi, and central AC. Guests will have free access to the clubhouse where they'll find a gym, mini putt-putt golf, a pool, and a kids' play area. Optional Services & Fees (Only If Applicable)

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.

Pool Heater: $50 per day plus applicable taxes (The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in.).

Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).

BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
