The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in., guests at Windsor Cay have access to the shared amenities at the Windsor Island Resort located 5 miles from the home.​​​​​​​

Optional Services & Fees (Only If Applicable)

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).

BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).

Pool Heater: $35 per day plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a heated pool option).

Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).
