I rented a home through Vacasa expecting comfort and safety for me and my daughters — but what we found was completely unacceptable and downright dangerous. The property was infested with poisonous spiders, including black widows, making it impossible for us to enjoy the outdoor space. My daughters were scared to use the pool because of the visible spiders. This wasn’t just uncomfortable — it was a serious health risk. To make things worse, Vacasa provided zero support. No one was sent to clean or inspect the property. We were left to deal with it on our own, and no safe alternative was offered. On top of that, the resort’s clubhouse pool was also unavailable, leaving us with no access to the amenities we paid for. I paid for a peaceful, safe vacation and got the opposite. Vacasa failed in every aspect — safety, cleanliness, and customer service. This was a major letdown, especially for a family trip. I do not recommend renting with Vacasa. Book at your own risk.

My stay at the house was great. The house was clean, comfortable and matched the pictures in the listing. It had everything I needed for a pleasant visit, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Overall it was a positive experience and I would visit in the future.

Pool can only be heated with a minimum of 3 day rental. The rental description only stated that a 24 hr notice was needed and to pay $32 extra. After I booked, I requested the heating of the pool and to my surprise, they told me I couldn’t because I only rented 2 nights. That information is not provided prior to booking and after claiming this, no exceptions were made. Be careful.

The house was nice but there were ants and roaches in the home. The freezer didn’t work which melted our frozen items. The ice maker didn’t work at all. The website said to give a 24 hour notice for the pool but the rep said we had to give a 72 hour notice.

We all enjoyed our stay in this brand new townhome. The community is still being built so be prepared for that. The access road does not have a sign indicating the community so it can be easily missed. The home itself is lovely. Well decorated, clean, and had everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking/eating. Theme parks were pretty close by but traffic was heavy at times. We look forward to coming back!
