BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).

Pool Heater: The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. $50 per day plus applicable taxes.
