RENTAL property:Well located, newly furnished, nice TVs in each room but furniture (beds, LR sofas, etc.) need to be changed as they are soft and clearly used. Nice garage, excellent lighting (almost too much). Kitchen lacking a Keurig coffee machine and some necessities. Overall nice place but can certainly be improved. JEEVES: Excellent service from Miguel to start and Karine later. Mid stay cleanings arranged quickly and Jason did a superb job. Thank you, we will be back.

UNIT is well located, adequate furnishings, looks nice but sofas in living room and beds are uncomfortable for a living term stay such as our 6 weeks. Missing food storage containers in the kitchen, very good washer & dryer. Would have appreciated a light comforter instead of a coverlet but overall very satisfactory. As for JEEVES Services & response, those were EXCELLENT. Cleaning service (Jason) was superb and anytime we called we got good service. Thank you.
