The Galactic Retreat

We had an awesome time at our Jeeves rental. The house accommodated all 17 of us very comfortably. Beds were great, plenty off dishes for everyone. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. And If there was any issues, even minor ones Jeeves responded very quickly by addressing the issue. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

Hello Jeeves.........everyone in your organization I spoke to knows I rented from Encore in 2024 and was very dissatisfied and was looking for a higher more "concierge" level which I definitely received with Jeeves. I received thorough hands on attention from Day One through the process until my last from Donovan Baroso. I cannot say enough about him. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and always willing to help me. He really did hold my hand in order to make this happen. When he had his much-deserved days off, I also received support from Miguel and Fran who also were lovely. The home was beautiful. It was extremely well appointed and fulfilled my family's needs. 2 small glitches which were disappointing. I was very specific about wanting the pool heater on from Sunday 2/9 upon my arrival,and even called in advance to have it turned on the day before, although I learned there were guests in the home. By Wednesday of my stay, when I asked the pool service man in his routine stop by if he thought it was on, he said he did not. I called Kaitlin at Guest Services at Encore who advised me that indeed the switch was set incorrectly, which she changed, but I was disappointed. I was more disappointed when the grill I rented had no way to start it. The electric ignition was missing. A serviceman lent us a lighter. Not a safe way nor my first choice to light a gas grill. Perhaps you can make some accomodation credit to what I already paid. Regardless, I would recommend Jeeves and we enjoyed our stay. Please let the homeowners know they did a terrific job!.............Carla Klapper
