The comfy vibe for the perfect mountain city retreat!
I liked the location. The house is older but that was not an issue for us. The A/c wasn’t working and the only ceiling fan wasn’t working properly at first. Shower curtain was ripped. These could be easily fixed though and it’d be a much better place to stay.
Within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants, so we didn't have to worry about where to park.
Walking distance to town but you are right above a brewery, which we liked but a bit noisy at night. The house needs some updating and general maintenance around the house. Most the time when we stay at a short term rental houses it will have your basic kitchen items, so cooking at home is a breeze.
The location of this property is excellent! Walking distance to downtown Estes and a 5 min drive to RMNP. The place itself needs a little TLC.
Just steps from downtown and a couple Minutes drive from the park this place is great for someone who is looking to explore Estes Park and the surrounding neighborhood. The itself is definitely on the older side but that doesn’t matter when out exploring all day.
