This was a nice place for a couple. All we needed was there and easy access to the activities we were hoping to get to -- RMNP and The Stanley. Comfortable bed and nice deck.

It was quiet, which was nice. But did the price paid and very poor service and cleanliness, definitely wish I would have spent my time and money anywhere else. A bunch of issues that were not resolved. The property was musty, vents were full of black dust/hair, silverware was dirty, shower curtain had orange scum on it, and no body soap in the shower. I contacted the host Vacasa via email, messaging and texts and no response until 30 min after I checked out. Still no response as to whether they are fixing this issue, other than “our local staff doesn’t work on the weekends “…which is crap because everyone travels on the weekends. And someone should always be available when a view is staying at a property.

We enjoyed our stay at The Pine Cone. It was just enough room for my husband, adult son, and me. Great location to get to both Rocky Mountain National Park and into town. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Would return next time we are in the area.
