This house was PERFECT for all 8 of us, we had so much room! The downstairs is where our 8 teens chose to hang out the majority of the time😆 especially since they had a cozy downstairs living area complete with leather recliners, a leather sofa , and large tv for gaming! Loved having a washer and dryer-we did laundry every day and also the night before we left so there was no laundry to do when we arrived home, tired! The house was literally 2-5 min from the downtown area where we live to shop and Safeway grocery store which was super convenient since I needed to make a few mad dashes there for random items. We will definitely be staying here again! Hated to leave❤️🦌

We stayed 3 nights at the rental property. We were a little hesitant renting a place without reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed 3rd week in July and not having central AC was not an issue at all. Opened windows and doors in morning and evening to cool it off. Used fans to keep cool as well. No issue at all with being hot. Beds were good and the house had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults. Loved the separate downstairs area. The location and view were the best parts of the rental! Coffee on the deck was wonderful way to start the day. Location was great to get to all the things we wanted to do in Estes Park and RMNP. Would highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again! A hot tub would be a perfect addition! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We had an amazing vacation in Estes Park! The house exceeded our expectations...pictures don't do it justice. Lots of room for us all and it was fully stocked with everything that you would need. Close RMNP and walkable distance to Mary's Lake. We had deer in the yard everyday. Our family will definitely stay in this property again.
