Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen features standard appliances and essential cookware, including a toaster and blender. While we provide the hardware, please bring your preferred spices, oils, and seasonings to customize your meals.

Guests enjoy full access to the renowned amenities of Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort: The Beach: Direct, private boardwalk access to the shoreline. Pools: Access to the island’s largest oceanfront pool and a second, more private swimming pool. Sports: Ten lighted tennis courts and six pickleball courts (on-site pro available for lessons). Dining: Three on-site options, including the iconic Jamaica Joe’z Beach Bar and Coconutz Sports Bar. Fitness & Fun: On-site fitness center, playground, and seasonal activities like "Dive-In" movies at the pool.

Parking: One (1) complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes can be purchased for $35 each. E-Bike Policy: E-bikes, motorcycles, and mopeds are strictly prohibited within the gated community for security reasons. Supplies: A starter supply of dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper is provided. Guests typically supplement these for longer stays. Security: This is a 24-hour gated community with manned security.
