Transportation: We are located approximately 100 yards from a Sea Pines Trolley stop, providing seasonal, complimentary transport to Harbour Town, South Beach, and other resort attractions. Recreation: Bike racks are located directly outside the villa, providing easy access to 15+ miles of paved leisure trails.

Beach Ready: We provide 4 beach chairs and an umbrella in the entryway closet for your convenience. Prohibited Items: Per community regulations, e-bikes are not allowed within Sea Pines. No Gym: Please note that fitness center access is not provided on the property. Parking: Plenty of unassigned parking is available directly in front of the villa. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
