Parking: One complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 per vehicle. Community Rules: Per Shipyard Plantation regulations, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on the property. Check-in Requirements: All guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. Pet & Smoke-Free: To ensure the comfort of all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Service Fees: Please note the community requires a $15 commercial pass for any outside delivery or service vendors (food delivery, etc.). Supplies: While we provide kitchen essentials (pots/pans), please bring your own cooking oils, spices, and seasonings.
