Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the space is designed for ease and utility. The sleeping quarters are designed for restorative rest. The primary bedroom features a plush King-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom that rivals a luxury spa, complete with a walk-in shower, rain shower head, and a secondary handheld sprayer. The second bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement with one full and one twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to five guests.

Guests enjoy full access to the premier amenities of Fiddler’s Cove, a 24-hour gated and secured community. This includes: Two large outdoor swimming pools and a heated hot tub. The Racquet Club: 7 Har-Tru clay tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts. Two indoor racquetball courts. Recreational facilities, including "Tot Lot" playgrounds and communal gas/charcoal BBQ grills, are located directly outside the villa. Picturesque grounds featuring a lagoon teeming with tropical birds, turtles, and the island’s famous resident alligators. Direct, easy access to Folly Field Beach via a short, one-block walk.

Safety & Security: This is a 24-hour gated community. Self-check-in is seamless via the security gate and an electronic door lock. Age Requirement: The minimum rental age is 25. Guests under this age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Provisions: We provide plates, cups, bowls, and cookware. Please note that "cooking basics" (oil, salt, pepper) and chopsticks are not provided. Parking: No additional parking fees apply within Fiddler’s Cove. Pet & Smoke-Free: To ensure the comfort of all guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets. Location Perks: The villa is located steps away from the "Breeze" trolley stop and the island’s extensive 50-mile bike trail system. Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
