Parking & Security: A Palmetto Dunes gate pass is required for all vehicles. Fees are tiered based on the length of stay (ranging from $20 to $100). Palmeto Dunes Pass Fees : 1 DAY/0 NIGHTS - $0 1-2 NIGHTS - $20 3-7 NIGHTS - $35 8-14 NIGHTS - $50 15-30 NIGHTS - $75 31-180 NIGHTS - $100 Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly property. An additional cleaning fee of $175 per pet applies. Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present during the stay. Provisions: We provide a starter set of essentials. Please note that cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper) and chopsticks are not provided. Cleaning Standards: Professional cleaning and sanitization are performed between every stay to ensure a safe and pristine environment.
