Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom villa. Additionally, your stay includes access to the premier amenities of the Fiddler's Cove gated community: Two large swimming pools (one heated seasonally) and a relaxing hot tub. Ten Har-Tru clay tennis courts and six dedicated pickleball courts. Two indoor racquetball courts and a sundeck. Community barbecue areas with gas and charcoal grills. Playgrounds (Tot Lots) for families. On-site lagoons featuring local wildlife, including tropical birds and turtles. One block walk to Folly Field Beach, featuring restrooms and public showers.

Security: Fiddler's Cove is a 24-hour gated community requiring a valid ID for entry. Parking: No parking fees are required; however, all vehicle and guest information must be registered within 24 hours of booking. Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present during the stay. Supplies: We provide a starter set of plates, bowls, and cookware. Please note that cooking essentials such as oils, spices, and chopsticks are not provided. Pet/Smoke-Free: To maintain a high standard of cleanliness for all guests, this is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Gym: Please note that there is no gym facility on the property grounds. Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
