A queen-size pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping options. Sleeping Quarters: The primary bedroom offers a serene retreat behind a stylish privacy barn door. For families, two integrated bunk beds provide a cozy and efficient sleeping nook for children. Bathroom: Indulge in the brand-new bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower with designer tile work and a modern white vanity with ample storage. Guests enjoy full access to the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort amenities: Direct access to the beach via four private boardwalks. The largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island. Ten on-site pickleball courts with daily walk-up games. On-site fitness center and bike rentals for exploring 50+ miles of trails. On-site dining at the Beach Cafe. The villa is conveniently located near the elevator for easy arrivals and departures.

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

Parking: One free parking pass is included with your reservation. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 each. Community Rules: Please note that e-bikes are strictly prohibited within the resort community. Essentials: We provide a full set of plates, cups, bowls, and cookware. To ensure you are prepared, please bring your own cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks, as these are not provided.
