The chef-inspired kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Sleeping arrangements include a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a comfortable second bedroom with a queen bed, and a brand-new queen pull-out sofa in the living area. Large windows flood the space with natural light, while the private deck provides the perfect vantage point to overlook the sparkling resort pool and manicured grounds of the Forest Gardens community.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire villa and the amenities of the Forest Gardens community. This includes: The Pool: A large, well-maintained swimming pool with ample lounge seating. Beach Access: An easy, scenic walk or bike ride down the dedicated beach path to the Atlantic Ocean. Parking: On-site parking is available for guests. Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are provided for those who need to stay connected.

Kitchen Essentials: We provide plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans. Please bring your own cooking basics such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks, as these are not provided. Accessibility: This is a second-floor unit accessible by stairs; there is no elevator on the property. Proximity: The villa is centrally located on the south end, within walking distance of Coligny Plaza’s world-class shopping and dining. Fitness: Please note that there is no gym located on the property. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.
