This roomy private end unit villa has the space for your group to relax. It sleeps 6 with a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a pull out sofa on the first floor. There is a new king bed, queen bed, and new comfortable living room furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. There is a half bath on the first floor, a washer and dryer, and a private entrance with a courtyard. Enjoy some quiet time overlooking the golf course from the back patio. The back patio features a gas grill. There are plenty of walking/jogging and riding paths throughout the resorts. If you are looking for a golf or tennis outing, look no further. Shipmaster has a private pool just a short walk away. The private beach entrance is an easy bike or car ride away. Shipyard is located in the best area of Hilton Head, close to restaurants, shopping at Coligny, new Celebration Park and South Forest Beach. Bike paths are all over the island. Rentals are available and can range from bikes, kayaks, beach coolers, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, paddle boards, anything that is needed for the ideal vacation. Parking: One complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 per vehicle. The complex at Shipmaster is located just half a mile (a 10-12-minute walk) from the beach access at Shipyard Beach Club. Guests of the Shipmaster complex enjoy an unassigned community parking lot, an on-site tennis court, and a community pool that are exclusive to owners and guests. The pool is not heated and is open seasonally from April until October.
