Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months. There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a free trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car. This includes: Aquatics: Two large swimming pools, a heated hot tub, and an expansive sundeck. Sports: 7 Clay Har-Tru tennis courts, 6 Har-Tru pickleball courts, and 2 indoor racquetball courts. Family & Leisure: Multiple "Tot Lot" playgrounds, a lagoon featuring local wildlife (tropical birds, turtles, and alligators), and communal barbecue areas with both gas and charcoal grills. Transportation: Complimentary on-site parking and easy access to "The Breeze" trolley stop for island-wide travel.

To ensure a seamless stay, please be aware of the following: Check-in Requirements: A valid ID and credit card are required. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Property Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking and no-pet property. Adherence to these rules is required to avoid restoration fees or eviction. Smoking on the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Provisions: While we provide essential cookware (plates, bowls, pots, and pans), please plan to bring your own "cooking basics" such as oils, spices, and condiments. Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers.
