To ensure a seamless stay, please be aware of the following: Provisioning: The kitchen is stocked with plates, glassware, bowls, and cookware. Please note that cooking essentials such as oil, salt, pepper, and chopsticks are not provided. Parking: One complimentary parking pass is included with the reservation. Additional passes may be purchased for $35 each. Regulations: Per community guidelines, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on the resort grounds. Laundry: A shared laundry facility is conveniently located on the same floor, just a short distance from the villa entrance. Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking. Pest Control: Routine pest control service is scheduled on the 1st Friday of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Pest control personnel may be present in the community during your stay. Pest control personnel regularly service the community throughout the year. Additional call-backs and re-sprays may be performed on the 4th Friday of each month as needed.
