Take a look at this quiet, charming, 2 bedroom get-away located at the Summer Times complex in North Myrtle Beach! This homey retreat is furnished with a queen over queen bunk bed, and a king sized bed, comfortably accommodating a total of 4 guests.

Upon entering, guests will make their way into the living space! This portion of the condo is furnished with an oversized, leather, sectional sofa with reclining seats and conveniently placed cup holders, situated in front of an electric fireplace that doubles as an entertainment stand with a large flat screen tv placed above. Just past this area is a large dining table with enough seating for the whole group provides the perfect peek into the spacious kitchen!

The kitchen features all full sized appliances, including a stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a sink. Black granite countertops provide the perfect amount of cooking space, while the overhead and underneath cabinets make unpacking your groceries an absolute breeze! You'll find all the essentials stocked and ready, such as dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, and more. Prefer dining out? You're just minutes from hundreds of award-winning local restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in easy and convenient.

Also in the kitchen is the door to the private balcony, with outdoor seating for 4, the perfect spot for enjoying a hot cup of coffee in the morning.

Back into the condo, we'll make our way into the first of the two bedrooms. The master suite is furnished with a luxurious king sized bed, two end tables with lamps, and a dresser for unpacking your belongings. Additional clothing storage is built into the bedframe! This room has a window that lets in the perfect amount of natural light, and a ceiling fan. Guests staying in this room will have access to their own private bathroom that showcases a standing shower with a glass door, a vanity sink with cabinet and drawer storage, a mirror, and toilet.

The next bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed! This bedroom also has a large dresser and mirror for storing your belongings.

The second bathroom is home to a vanity sink with drawer and cabinet storage, a mirror, shower/tub combination, and a toilet. Also in this bathroom is the washer and dryer. Past guests have loved the convenience of being able to do their laundry during their visit, making unpacking when they return home a breeze.

We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible, so we provide towels, washcloths, hand towels, bedding, pillows, linens, and all the essentials you'll need. We also supply starter toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, and soap, so you can focus on enjoying your time here.

Our guests will have access to the swimming pool located at the complex! As well as covered, assigned parking parking for up to two vehicles! Guests can park under the building in the assigned parking section for unit 8.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.

This property is not equipped with cable services. Guests will need to provide their own streaming account log-in information during their stay. Please remember to sign out of your accounts before you depart!
