White shaker cabinets, stainless appliances and a waterfall-edge quartz island anchor the kitchen, opening into a living area furnished with a teal-and-cream striped sofa set and a driftwood-and-shell centerpiece.

Step through the sliding doors onto the private balcony, furnished with dark wicker seating and blue cushions, for the view most units here don't have: the Atlantic on one side, the manicured 8th fairway on the other. It's a quiet spot for morning coffee or watching golfers play through in the evening.
