I loved the hottub it was amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

First off the reviews about the road to this cabin is correct. I wouldn’t book this cabin if there was a risk of ice or snow even with AWD because of the steep hills both up and down the mountain (mainly gravel and washed out ) however outside of that it’s totally worth the bumps and gravel roads to see the amazing views this cabin offers! Very clean and cozy and all the amenities you may need. Toothpaste, shampoo, soap etc. plenty of extra blankets . Seen a high chair and fully equipped kitchen. Beds were nice . Living room furniture could use a little updating as they’re a little worn but not bad . Very clean ! We will definitely stay here again! We love using Vacasa they make everything so easy !

Great experience. Will definitely book again. Only thing is the road going in is a lil sketchy but manageable.

The cabin was really nice, as described: it was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The mountain views were amazing! The only downside was the steep and gravel road leading yo to the cabin. Definitely need an suv or a truck.

We were unable to get to the cabin due to the gravel roads. It felt like we were on a roller-coaster due to the condition of the road. It was at the top of the mountain and very dangerous. When we first booked it said 4 wheel drive suggested during the winter but I was told by customer service we should have no issues. We were 3 days past the 30 days when we decided we wanted to try and stay somewhere else when we noticed the new posting said 4 wheel drive required. I was told to call if we had any issues getting to the cabin and they would see what they can do. When we called we were told they couldn't do anything and would not even give a partial refund. We were stuck 7hrs from home at 7pm at night trying to find somewhere to stay. The least they could have done was offer us another location but was pretty much told we were sol and nothing can be done. There was no mention the roads were not paved and in such bad conditions. They need to be more specific in the listing. I do not recommend using this company as they do not care about their customers or have any compassion. This was an expensive lesson learned so BEWARE if you choose Vacasa for yor vacation because you could be stuck without a place to say.

If you’re going to stay here make sure you have a 4x4 the road is horrible getting up and down. If it is raining don’t try to go down. The cabin and the view is absolutely beautiful. Anyone that stays enjoy
