New Lake Home, Sleeps 14 , Private Dock, Deck, Grill

The house is very well equipped for large groups and is very comfortable. Everything we needed was there and was in good shape. It is close to 75 and grocery stores compared to other lake houses and also very close to Twin Cove Marina. We had one issue while we were there and contacted Vacasa and they were able to help us over the phone immediately. Note that if you plan on being on using the dock that comes with the property, it is very steep and the steps at the end do not have any railing. You must be very careful especially if you are elderly or you have young children or a lot of stuff to carry down to the water.

House was wonderful. It was clean and well equipped with newer appliances. There was plenty of room to cook with the countertops and island. There is seating for eating at the dining room table and island. There were TVs in all the bedrooms plus the living room and they supported streaming apps. The dock was also really nice and the hydro-lift is something you don't normally see in rental properties. The steps to the dock are only part of the trip up and down to the dock. There is a very long, very steep and winding concrete path to get to the steps. You have to be in incredibly good shape to navigate the steps and the path to return to the house from the dock. Residents of the area typically use ATV's or some other type of 4WD to get to and from the dock. Your car will not fit on the path. Kudos to the VACASA support staff for excellent support.

This was a great house and perfect for 10 people. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home. The hosts were responsive and helpful. A couple things to note… we expected the walk down to the lake to be tough… but dang! It is STEEP! also, the cove is NOT a no-wake zone and boats were frequently speeding by creating large wakes when we were trying to float and swim around the dock. I was also expecting there to be 2 kayaks due to the pictures and the amenities listing “kayaks” (plural) but there is only one. Overall, we had a great stay but the dock situation is not the most ideal for a lake weekend!

This home was beautiful and fit our large group very well. So very well stocked with everything we needed. However, we had a problem with a noisy water heater and no one came to look at it. It was very irritating to everyone in the home.

The home was so clean and had everything you need. The beds were actually comfortable too!

Seven family members convened for a memorial service. The home was perfect for spreading out to sleep, convene for visits on the deck, on the couches and meals at the table. Every thing we needed was provided. Thank you.
