They gave detailed instructions for everything we needed, they always responded right away and gave so many helpful suggestions on things to do in the area. The hot tub was amazing, location was great in a safe, quite neighborhood - easy to find! If you plan to have someone sleeping on the couch I recommend bringing an extra blanket as there was no extra blankets in the Airbnb. William Holt is a great neighborhood for families, retirees, and anyone looking for a serene yet well-connected place to stay in Sevierville. For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place.

We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
