The International Police Museum, a great stop for history buffs, is less than one block away. Head east to Highway 101 to find plenty of shops (including thrift stores!) to explore and numerous dining options. Hop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad and take a trip down to Garibaldi - the platform is less than a quarter-mile away! Was an affordable stay. 1 minute walk from the beach. Over all room could use upgrades and improvements.

Loved the access to the beach and the closeness of Grumpy's, the bakery, the store and Mexican food. All walking distance. The train also doesn't come by, so not noisey.

Really close to beach. Beds fair and clean sheets,lots hot water,towels and pillows. No air but a stand alone fan. Room was not properly cleaned for quite some time. Floors,door jams and walls dirty. Windows hard to open, old and hear early traffic and pigeons cooing as they are nested right by front door whom left a couple presents on the step. Not alot of parking. If your on bottom floor will hear all walking, stomping and anything else. The building is out dated and no office or front desk, as of yet. Our front door was rusty, unaligned, could see outside through a gap on both doors and handle and eye hole covered in some kind of caulking, also can't lock or open front door from outside. You have to go in through the back door to get in and lock up to leave. Code lock is tricky would recommend getting code for key box too. Nice microwave,Big screen t.v and mini fridge kept things cold.
