We have stayed at many places with oceanfront views. This house had the best view. The table facing the ocean gave up constant views while we were playing games or eating, and the window seat was across spot to have our morning coffee.

Prefect spot right on the beach, but the hottub was left open and was full of sand. They sent someone right over but it still didn't heat up.

Great location. Gave it 5 stars on cleanliness even though there was some sand. But heck your at the beach and sand will follow wherever you go, so no big deal. Loved the place and guest service was quick to response with any questions we had. We’ll be back for sure. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The setup of this duplex unit is fantastic! The main living space is on the 2nd floor so you have a phenomonal view of the beach from the floor to ceiling windows, ideal for people watching in the morning while sipping coffee. The kiddos loved the bunk beds in a downstairs room with a sliding door that accessed the large deck with private hot tub. Beach access was significantly closer to the house compared to other beach houses, and kudos to the genius who installed actual steps in the boulders to the beach. We enjoyed our time on the beach just relaxing while the kiddos built sand castles and flew kites. We'll definitely be back! ADDED BONUS: we stayed in Sandcastle 1 of this duplex, and discovered an interior connecting (locked) door to Sandcastle 2. Perfect for a big family reunion or vacation. Our unit had 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms so I assume Sandcastle 2 does as well.
