This two-story home sits across the road from the ocean shore, with a beach staircase just about 500 feet up the street. The location is a walker's delight, whether you're beachcombing, playing with your kids at Olivia Beach Community Park, or grabbing a coffee from the locals' favorite cafe - all within a half-mile stroll. The heart of Lincoln City, including the Lincoln City Outlets, is only a mile north. One of the unique features of this home is how well-suited it is to families. You can feel free to pack light, with a crib, a Pack 'N Play, bunk beds, a high chair, a changing table, potty seats and stairs, toys, and books provided. The backyard is fully fenced, and there's even a baby/dog gate that can mount to the front deck. But whether you have children or not, the house is a bright, beautiful, modern space to return to each afternoon.
