this home was the right size for us and in the perfect location. Layout worked very well for us.
Bow was good
This was my 6th stay at this beach house with my dogs. Comfortable house with plenty of cooking equipment. Has a spectacular view. I think of this place as my home away from home.
Awesome views and peaceful location. Rented home because we have a dog, so be aware of the tradeoff.
The view from this beach house is incredible however accessing the beach is almost dangerous. It is not steps from the beach unless you want to climb down treacherous rock path. This house is high on a bluff. It needs many updates like new mattresses the ones now are very stained. The screen door and outside furniture need to be replaced. One chair was even duck taped. The house had all of the kitchen supplies you would need except a wine opener. They need to hire a different cleaning crew. We’re not sure it was vacuumed we found hair and toys on the floor. For the price you are charged to stay here for the night they could make some updates to the property.
This used to be one of our favorite houses to go to in Gleneden Beach, but not anymore. The furnishings were older but clean, and the beds were comfortable. But, we had to walk all the way around the house to get to the back deck, since the patio screen door was sealed/stuck shut. Most of the deck chairs were broken or held together with duck tape. Wish the fog hadn’t been around all day for 3 of our 4 days there, but still enjoyable.
