Dog Friendly Oceanside Escape with Easy Beach Access and Peaceful Surroundings

The unit we rented was very dirty! The cieling fan was caked with black dirt so we could not turn it on. The molding at the bottom of the walls, around the doors and windowsills and top of small fridge were very dusty. The refrigerator has condensation on the back that I had to wipe then it build up again eventually freezing. It froze some of my food in the fridge and food I had in the freezer began melting. The pans are very old and the non stick lining it missing. The sink was dirty. Sheets had stains and hair. Mattress is stained, squishy and springs did in to my back. I slept on the couch!

The bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the kitchen sink. Water bottles left behind by previous guests were found in both bedrooms. Spiderwebs were present throughout the unit, and there appeared to be possible mold near the bathtub in the bathroom. Additionally, the smell of marijuana was coming into the unit from a neighboring apartment.

This was a horrible stay and I suggest to keep looking. It was dirty, the toilet ran 24/7 loudly, the only way to flush the toilet was to put my hand in the water and pull on the chain repeatedly, there was no WiFi as advertised so I could not get my work done, and forget trying to cook with the old, outdated, disgusting pots and pans they provided. I was promised someone would come fix toilet and that never happened. The first time I touched the toilet paper roll holder it fell apart. I couldn’t wait to leave!

The master bed was the worst ive ever slept on, you can feel the springs in the bed, my husband and I har to sleep on the bunk beds the last night. Plus side it had everything else that we would need for our stay. The outside is not the best but 1/2 block to the beach was great

Very simple, close to the town and close to the beach. Not much “extra” offered.

Very much liked my stay there me and my lady both. I know there was alot of negative reviews but I didn't find anything at all wrong with the place. Smelled fresh and clean as could be thank u all for the help and best of all the price was tight being that close to the ocean.
