Why we like it: You gotta love a classic beach apartment. Between the bunk beds, wood paneling, and easy beach access, this one takes the cake. What’s nearby: Just a block from the windswept sand of the Oregon Coast and a short walk to lovely dining options and shopping in town—leisurely breakfasts at Grumpy's Cafe are a favorite of ours—you'll be able to explore this area without having to go far at all. Things to know: There’s a dishwasher Bring the dog… as long as it’s under 40 pounds!

This ad was misleading. It showed a bright shiny home but in reality it was old, dark, dingy. So many things to improve. Then hire a professional finisher to make it rentable.

home is conveniently located right off the highway. Home is definitely dated, but we enjoyed our stay be aware that if you have upstairs neighbors, you can hear every step they’re taking when they’re inside their unit. We wished we had a broom as well as a few basic cleaning supplies so that we could tidy up during our day all that said it is a great deal for the price and you are next to so many good things.

Check in and out was really easy. However, The house was not very clean at all. Wi-Fi was terrible was unable to get the Wi-Fi to hook up to my laptop for work. Limited parking but there is two parking spots in front however someone will take it while ur out exploring, there for you will end up having to park in a dark alley with little babies not the most convenient. Train right next to the house but wasn’t a bother! House was in a great location.

Old and outdated everything from the fridge to the furniture. House was clean and easy to access. Definitely has the "old house" feel and smell. A fresh coat of paint (inside and out) and some new furniture would do this property some major help. It is in front of train tracks so that can be loud at time, easy walking to the ocean or restaurants. Great place if your just wanting a place to sleep and shower.
