Modern Condo on the Beach with Spectacular Views

We loved the location and the view.

The view is amazing, and the parking lot is nice and covered for when its raining.

Disappointed in this unit.

This was a great condo with beautiful views. Unfortunately the door to the balcony was broken and would not open. This was not clearly stated on the listing, and a major downer as one of the best parts of an ocean view condo is being able to sit out on the balcony. I called Vacasa customer support and they confirmed the balcony was not accessible.

This home was just a few steps from being right on the beach, which was ideal for our family with little kids. It also had a wonderful view to enjoy. We appreciated that it came well stocked with items for the beach, like chairs, and sand toys for the kids. The kitchen had tons of appliances, which was great, however, it was a huge bummer to find out that the icemaker in the refrigerator did not work. Check-in was a little bit tricky, because it uses a physical key that you have to get inside of a lock box. That made it harder for our family to get in and out, and it was a bit difficult to obtain the key. Would recommend switching over to a digital keypad. Our only complaint is an odd one. The light switch to use the toilet and the shower in the primary suite, also turns on the lights above the sink, which happens to actually be directly in the room and shines on the bed. So if anyone staying in the primary suite is a light sleeper, you can’t really use the bathroom at night without waking them up. It’s very weird, and if I was the owner, I would have another switch added. All in all great stay.

My family of 5 have stayed at this complex over and over, in the last decade. It is a real gem: the beach just a few steps away, a full kitchen and private washer and drier in your unit plus TWO bathrooms. This was our first time staying at condo 107. The unit is decorated tastefully, feels spacious and welcoming. We were surprised by the ample view of the beach and ocean provided this was a first level unit. We loved it here. The pictures do not quite capture its magic! The views are just to die for. We appreciated this was a pet free unit to help with our allergies. Some of the kitchen utensils need updating, but overall this was another great stay at this complex!
