Newly constructed in 2021, this fantastic four-bedroom duplex suite is just steps from the beach, and the perfect place to spend a long and relaxing vacation with the people you care about. Inside, you'll find soft carpeted floors and a flatscreen TV, plus beachy decor and an open concept that combines the living and kitchen areas. The full kitchen includes a center prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for six and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You can cook up a delightful meal before binging a good show with friends then let the dishwasher handle all the clean-up when it's time to head out. There is a shared bath off the kitchen and four bedrooms upstairs. Use the free WiFi to connect to your social media friends while the private washer/dryer take care of everyone's laundry. We stayed on the property for 3 nights with 8 ppl and it was perfect for us. We did notice that it didn't have a grill so we did have to make sure that we brought our own.

We enjoyed the four rooms and three bathrooms with our group of friends. The close walk to the beach was ideal. The beach is a little more private in Rockaway, even though you are still close to all the coast activities.

We loved how clean it was and how well stocked the kitchen was with pots and dishes. Very good quality and lots of it. Only negative was that there wasn't a table, only the large kitchen island. Great stay.
