Clean, wifi was great

The room and linens were clean and comfortable and there were updated touches like laminate flooring. Know that this is an older property and staining on the walls and baseboards reflects that. The walls are quite thin as well so don’t expect a lot of privacy noise/sound-wise. Where this property really shines is in its location! I spent most of my time outside and on the beach. With beach access one very short block away, it served me well! Extra beach towels were provided too! The price point was reasonable and the location was perfect, I would happily stay again.

The location to the beach and town is great. The unit itself is old and the bed needs replacing - badly. We left a day early because of the bed. It was clean except for the floors which were horribly dirty.

There are a few mechanical issues that were not great. Many of the electrical outlets were worn out and didn't hold the appliance plugged into them. Also, the shower would not maintain a consistent temperature. Finally, the toilet needed a new flapper and would run intermittently until the handle was jiggled.

Very clean and comfy stay for the hubby and myself! Here for my birthday getaway and it was exactly what I needed! Definitely need to bring the kiddos next time!
