Newly built home with lake view and game room steps to downtown walk to beach

This house was a great find -- and will definitely be a repeat. It is beautiful with everything brand new and very spacious. The home is nicely furnished and stocked with lots of games, linens, and beach equipment (towels, chairs, etc.). Kitchen amenities are not listed, but the kitchen is fully stocked with tons of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Although proximity to the beach was awesome, the best part was the air hockey table. It got its share of use everyday. The foosball table was OK mostly because there were only ping pong balls instead of foosballs. There are a lot of board games, too, but it is really hard to compete with air hockey. The downtown is only a few minutes walk with several restaurants, a food cart pod, and a nice bakery very close by. The beach is not much farther. We did not take the train ride, but the stop is very close. The public library is just a few houses down on same the street as the house, and we found ourselves there several times either on the way to or back from the beach. The only concern is the lock on the door from the house to the garage is broken. Hopefully this will be repaired soon. This is a fantastic house, on a quiet street, which provided pleasant stay.

The house was very clean and well kept, but the stairs were dangerous for older people.
