Conveniently located, you can walk to almost everything in town. Room was comfortable, fully equipped and had a great ocean view. Property has an elevator and the room has a walk-in shower, atwo must have items for us. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the place. It's nice to have access steps away to the beach. The place is clean, in good shape, nothing broken or worn. The bedroom is ok, bring eye covers to sleep, the light in the corridor is so annoying at night, and the shades on the window glow. So be prepared! This part has nothing to do with the beach house! I can't say that I really enjoyed rockaway beach, the restaurants are mediocre, plan to travel for dinner if you want something other than deep fried. The town is just a bunch of cheesy touristy traps selling trinkets made in china. I really was hoping for something more classy, and unfortunately this is not the place for that.
