Renovated home near beach access with two kitchens and fireplace dog friendly

tl;dr Great comfortable house close to the beach. The neighborhood is nice and quite, and close to crabbing, hiking and Rockaway Beach. Very enjoyable place to stay. The house has two levels, and each level has its own kitchen. That seemed to be overkill for a single family but came in handy during our stay. The upstairs stove and oven did not work, so we were thankful to have a functioning downstairs stove and oven. The upstairs level of the home is very bright and cheerful, with a large counter for dining. There is a large deck on which I spent a lot of time reading or just listening to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and we slept well during our stay. Nedonna Beach is a nice, quite neighborhood that I've stayed in before and would do so again. It's very conveniently located and has lots of beach access. Overall, the property is excellent but unfortunately, the management company I dealt with, Casago, diminished the experience somewhat. They gave me two codes to enter the property and when I asked for a clarification, they told that the first code is for the access gate and the second code is for the doors. There is no access gate on the property nor the neighborhood. It makes me wonder whether they have visited the property. I asked them multiple times about the non-functional upstairs oven and stove, and they assured me they were "checking with our team" to get more information, but they didn't come up with a solution nor offer to send someone to the property to take a look. I eventually gave up since the downstairs stove and oven was working. But I'm not convinced they put any effort into trying to resolve the problem. This really is a great property, and it deserves better management.

We had a lovely four night stay with our family of six. The house had everything we could dream of for preparing and storing food, and was just a short walk to the beach. The floorplan is great for a multi-family stay. My husband and two teenage daughters stayed on the "main" second floor, and my son and his pregnant wife stayed on the lower floor. My daughter in law was able to escape to the quiet of the downstairs when she was feeling tired, while the rest of us continued about our day in the large upstairs area. The only issue we had was when we plugged in the provided karaoke machine and it shorted out the kitchen lights and outlets. We contacted the host and it was repaired while we were surfing the following day. Overall great stay and we will be back.

The house was clean and roomy. So close to the beach too! We would rent again.

Great place to stay

This was our second time at this beach house, and it didn't disappoint! We absolutely love coming here! The house is set up beautifully and has anything and everything you could possibly need while on vacation. The newly remodeled bathrooms were amazing! We enjoyed being able to just let our little ones play or eat inside or outside on the deck. The beach in itself is our favorite spot to go and it's only just a few minutes away walking, which is perfect when you have littles. Loved our stay!

Such a great house and location. The house and bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable. It’s one of the best stocked houses we’ve stayed in. We felt immediately ant home and relaxed. There are 2 beach accesses really close to the house. We’ll definitely be back.
