Head outside and you will find a beautifully furnished deck overlooking the water of Crescent Lake where you can enjoy an evening cocktail and reminisce with loved ones. Come summer, you can head out to the private pool and wade in refreshing waters or simply lounge in the shade with a good book in hand. With all of the comforts of home and more, no one will want to leave this oasis, but heading out to explore the town is a great way to spend a day! On foggy mornings, bring a cup of coffee to the sand and simply walk along the coastline as you collect shells and enjoy the sound of the tide. As the day heats up, enjoy a picnic and splash in the waves or head into downtown Rockaway and try out some local cuisine! THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. There is a private pool but the pool room is only available if the pool heat fee is paid.

Two decks, lovely indoor heated pool, plenty of towels, family loved the kayaks and life jackets provide. Kitchen was well equipped and a walk-through so we never felt crowded. Furniture was comfortable and lots of dining for a big group. Great parking and enough for everyone. Very clear instructions about beach safety posted and about house rules. This was a surprise! Pictures didn’t do justice:) would stay here again.

Fantastic home for a fun trip. Lots to do, beach, lake, swimming and lots of cool old VHS videos. Fun to watch our grandkids so confused about a VCR. Everything we needed, the house provided:)

We stayed for 5 nights and the pool was only heated for 1 night because they ran low of propane. We paid $536 for it to be heated for the 5 nights, they reimbursed us only $95 for it not being heated. But great house my family of 12 enjoyed our stay. Can definitely sleep more then 12 if you have children we didn't use 3 of the beds. Can easily fit 18. No washer and dryer so we had to go to the laundromat.

We loved the location of this home. On the lake and across from the ocean. Truly enjoyed the heated pool, and the game table was a nice suprise. The inside appeared very clean and the home was ready when we arrived. We would rent this property again and recommend this place for a quieter beach experience.

Better than a house in the beach. It’s a house with a lake, an indoor pool, and a VERY short walk to an uncrowded, in-touristy beach. Lovely home with good appliances and a phenomenal layout for two families. Definitely would come back!!
