The home itself has a lot going for it. The oceanfront location and views are fantastic, there was plenty of space for our group, and having private beach access was wonderful. Unfortunately, our experience with the management of the property was disappointing. The home was still being cleaned when we arrived at the scheduled check-in time, there were some cleanliness issues throughout the house, and we encountered a maintenance problem shortly after arriving. Maintenance did resolve the issue the following day, but communication and follow-up from management were poor. We enjoyed the home and especially the location, but the overall experience fell short of what we expected given the price of the stay.

We had a great stay at the Salty Mary Beach House! The space was beautiful, spacious, and had amazing views that made it easy to relax and unwind. The only downside was a few ants here and there, but overall it was a wonderful experience and we’d definitely come back.

Very clean home. Amenities included with this house were just great. Beds were extremely comfortable. My 2 younger boys loved the sand toys that they were able to use. I personally loved the fire pit. It was so fun sitting outside at night with a campfire. We absolutely loved staying here! The whole rental process was a breeze and we encountered no issues with our stay. The only negative was our trip came to an end, and we wanted to stay longer.

This is a wonderful property for a family reunion. Right on the beach, beautiful view from the deck and house. Kitchen nicely stocked, decent BBQ, walking distance to town and great fire pit and sitting area. We WILL be back.
