Oceanfront house with amazing views and short walk to downtown dogs welcome

The best feature for us was the balcony on the 2nd floor. Amazing view! Also downstairs, the main living area, has top ocean views. Home was clean, a few steps to the beach, foodcart/restaurant within walking distance. Our pups loved being so close to the beach as well. Highly recommend The Cozy Cabin.

My friends and I were very pleased with the comfort of this well equipped family style home and totally taken with the location and gorgeous view of the beach. We each hope to rent again and bring our families. Despite some reviews that downgraded cleanliness, we found the home quite clean and attended to; apparently any past problem has been rectified. We look forward to returning.

Perfect location with a breathtaking view! Home is comfortable and spacious and nicely equipped. We hope to visit again next year and rebook this home.

Great Property overlooking the beach. Lovely lounge chairs on the deck. Great Views. Unfortunately, Vacasa as a management group does not maintain properties well. The property could be cleaned better. My 76 year old mother found a dirty diaper in the middle of the night behind a door on her way to the bathroom. Soap was not filled up in the showers, toilet seat was broken and upstairs carpet smells of dog urine. Wonderful property too bad it is not managed better; especially, for how much is being charged per night to stay at the property.

We’ve visited this beachfront bungalow a handful of times with my family and two golden retrievers, always drawn back by its unbeatable location. The setting and views are truly perfect, but the house itself hasn’t been updated in a long while. The original 1970s shag carpet is still there, and even after vacuuming with the vacuum in the house, the carpet and hardwoods just don’t come clean. The carpet smells musty and of pet urine, especially at the front door. It’s no wonder the cleaning crew has trouble getting it ready for guests. The house really doesn’t have the tools or upkeep to maintain itself properly. On top of that, the windows are dirty and need a deep cleaning; the tracks are rusty, and the glass has a layer of beach grime and dust that hasn’t been scrubbed in ages. For these reasons, as much as we love the location, we’ll be looking for other accommodations in the future.
