Coastal estate with private hot tub enclosed yard firepit and game room

We had a great time at this house. Perfect for a big group and kids (although we brought our own lock for the hot tub room given that the owners provide no lock or safety features for the hot tub). We really loved it. Great little walk to a bay area with rocks and crabs and a quick drive to other beaches. The customer service was really responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

While this house is huge and provided a great option for our joint family vacation of 14 people, we were very dissapointed in management of the property. First of all, we chose to book this house because it had a hot tub, but we were notified right before our visit that the hot tub was out of commission, we would not be refunded any money and they did not make any effort to repair it during our stay. Secondly, the house barely had enough of essential supplies. We were only there for 5 days but we ran out of toilet paper on the last day and were told we would have to buy more for ourselves. Only one of the 3 showers was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap and of course there wasn't enough dishwashing or clotheswashing soap. (The last would be forgiveable if everything else weren't so skimpy). I will never stay at a Vacasa property again.

There was plenty of room for the whole family. We had plenty of space in the central gathering rooms. Location was great for all the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at this vacation home with a large group, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The house is incredibly spacious, easily accommodating 20+ people without feeling cramped. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the common areas provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the large dining area made it easy for us to eat together as a group. The outdoor space was also beautiful, offering great views and plenty of seating. However, we were really disappointed that the barbecue grill wasn’t working. We had planned to grill several meals during our stay, and it was frustrating not to have that option. It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time or to have a backup available. That being said, the home itself was wonderful, and we still had a great time. The location was convenient, the house was clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of activities nearby. If the grill issue is addressed, this would be a near-perfect rental for large groups.

This is a beautiful home with a lot of potential, but there are so many issues: Dishwasher does NOT clean the dishes at all. Some bedroom doors do not shut or have no privacy blinds. We had 13 in our group and was plenty of room but it would not be comfortable for more than 17-18 people. There was only one pool cue stick, and the toy area is in terrible shape, 2 chairs with seat springs “sprung”, etc. MANY minor issues. With that being said, the home has great potential and wonderful gathering areas. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was large (but NOT well stocked and some repairs are needed). It was a wonderful week for our family reunion over the Christmas week. The dishwasher was the biggest problem. Would come here again IF they do some repairs.
