Lake is great. Location is awesome.
The lake setting and the central location to Southey and northern beach cities.
The home was wonderful with everything you might need. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do
The view out the back with the lake was so lovely and we would have loved to take the boats out if we had a longer trip. The two bedroom beds are very firm (too firm for most of our group.) There is a mini-split in the living room which really helps the downstairs, but we were there during a heatwave (only up to 80 or so) and the upstairs was very warm even at night making for a not great sleep. Maybe some fans would help? But, I think for most of the year that probably isn't an issue. My son loved all of the toys and games available!
We had a great time at this house and it was ideally located near the twin rocks beach for visits up north and south. The kitchen stuff could be updated a bit.
With the Summer rush at the coastal towns, this place gives you the feeling of being in town, but also the feeling of being on a private lake! Spring lake is not to disappoint. Great fishing, kayaking and swimming. The water is warm in August and easy to navigate with paddle boats. Ocean is not far away. Big cedar tree old growth trail is a must-see as well. All within walking distance.
