Since my spouse uses a walker and it inhibits his mobility especially in the morning. I requested a later check out. The reply, absolutely not. Have you ever heard of The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a federal civil rights law passed on July 26, 1990. It stops unfair treatment of people with disabilities. It gives equal chances in public life. Otherwise, I found the property to be very clean. Bed very comfortable. The kitchen was loaded with spices, coffee, sugar and other handy gadgets. The only things I missed was an ice cream scoop and a meat thermometer. There was only 2 dishwasher pods under the sink, could of used at least three for our 6 day stay. The one thing that really bummed us out was the cable did not work. Resident manager came and tried to get it working but to no avail. Even called DISH to see if they could send a technician out to solve the problem. I think one was scheduled but could not guarantee an arrival while we were there. I used the laundry once and found the room quite nice. It's a great perk. We have stayed at this property at least 4 times now. We picked it out because of the elevator and view of Twin Rocks. But we may not be back next year. Sorry.

Centrally located. Walkable to Wayside attractions, businesses and eateries. Excellent views of ocean and Twin Rocks. Good size for couples, but would be crowded with more than two guests. Clean unit, well kept common areas and laundry facilities. We visit Rockaway frequently, and will likely stay at this property again if available. Thanks for a great week.

Stayed with my daughter and grandaughter so it was the perfect size. Everthing we needed was there and very clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Weather was gorgeous! We would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay. Rockaway is a cute little town and it was nice that everything was within walking distance. We didn't mind the rainy weather as there were many breaks in the rain so we weren't stuck inside. We did the Halloween Train Ride and that was amazingly fun! Would recommend! We'll be saving this location and look forward to booking again!
