No A/C:Like many Oregon Coast homes, this home does not have air conditioning. Open the windows to enjoy the cool coastal breeze. Jetted Tub: The primary bathroom tub is available for soaking; the jetted feature is currently unavailable. Streaming Services: Smart TVs are available throughout the home. Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts; please remember to log out before departure. Forest Setting: Surrounded by coastal forest, please use caution with anything that could create a fire and always observe local burn bans or fire restrictions. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours between 10PM to 8AM, parking only in designated spaces, and keeping outdoor noise to a minimum.
